Terms of Use
How this website may be used, and what our job listings do and do not commit us to.
These terms apply to the Mental Health Recruitment website at mentalhealthrecruitment.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this website is
This site describes our recruitment services, lists roles we are currently searching for, and provides forms to send us a CV, ask a question or book a call.
It is a recruitment website. It is not an application portal for any individual employer, and using it does not create an employment relationship, an agency relationship or a contract between you and us.
Using the site
You may use this site to learn about our services, to read and respond to the roles we advertise, and to contact us.
You may not:
- collect, copy or republish our job listings or site content by automated means, including scraping and bulk download
- present yourself as someone else, or send us a CV belonging to another person without their authority
- use the contact or CV forms to send advertising, recruitment offers or bulk messages
- attempt to interfere with the site, its forms or its availability
The roles we advertise
Roles are published in good faith and describe searches we are running on behalf of client organisations.
- A listing describes an opportunity. It is not an offer of employment, and responding to one does not create a contract.
- Details including salary, location, working arrangement and requirements are supplied to us and can change, and a role can be filled or withdrawn at any time.
- Roles that are no longer open remain readable so that the information stays available, and are marked as closed.
- The hiring decision belongs to the client organisation, not to us.
Sending us your CV, and what we do with it
Sending a CV, applying for a role, or sending an enquiry through this site is voluntary, and you decide what to include.
- You confirm that what you send is accurate and that it is yours to send.
- **We collect and store what you send us, and we use it to provide our recruiting services to you.** In practice that means reading your CV, contacting you about it, matching you against the roles we are searching for, and — where you are being considered for a specific role — putting you forward to the client organisation concerned.
- We keep it for as long as it is useful for that purpose, so that we can come back to you when something suitable appears rather than asking you to start again.
- You can ask us at any time what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it. Write to info@mentalhealthrecruitment.com and we will act on it.
- Our Privacy Policy sets out how that information is handled, and it governs if anything here and there differ.
- Sending a CV does not guarantee that we will contact you, put you forward for a role, or find you a position.
