ONLINE LIVE THERAPHY – FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY

Our client has developed a comprehensive digitally based continuum of care for mental health model through its widely deployed, extensively validated platform.

The platform is purpose-built to scale by servicing the broad mental healthcare market, reducing barriers to care and delivering best-in-class outcomes. They have broad applicability across employers, governments, benefit plans, health systems, disability management, post-secondary, employee wellness, specialty pharmacy, chronic disease management and others.

The ideal candidate for this position has:

▪ Extensive training and experience in providing CBT, delivered in person or virtually
▪ Experience or interest in DBT, MBCT, or ACT is also highly desirable
▪ Experience with adult populations with a focus on depression, anxiety, and other common presentations
▪ Previous work experience in community and/or hospital settings and/or well-established thriving private practises
▪ Interest in being part of a collaborative clinical team
▪ Prior experience in providing CBT on a digital platform or interest in learning to deliver services for existing and newly developing protocols
▪ Interest in registering in more then one province
▪ Bilingual; English and French (reading and writing), considered a strong asset!

Requirements:

• Masters-level degree in Social Work
• Registered with applicable provincial college in your province
• Able to provide proof of professional liability insurance
• Able to provide 2 professional references
• Must have access to secure computer and protected and reliable internet
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to represent the organization’s mission and values through professionalism, client-centered focus, and impeccable ethical judgement
