We are searching for a Bilingual hands-on, enthusiastic and client-centered professional to join the team as an e-therapist. Work with clients to ensure they are supported during their care journey and have the most optimal experience. The E-Therapy treatment platform ensures assessment and treatment is more accessible, effective, and affordable to Canadians across the country.

 

SUMMARY:

  • Provide effective protocol-driven iCBT through the digital platform.
  • Form therapeutic alliances by providing tailored advice and support through secure asynchronous messaging interactions and personalizing client treatment plans.
  • Facilitate client engagement and skill-building activity completion on the platform.
  • Measure client outcomes, satisfaction and alliance.
  • Create reports to capture each client’s treatment progress.
  • Believe in improving general wellness, resiliency, absenteeism and productivity of Canadians using a digital therapy modality.
  • Identify as an evidence-based, client-centered practitioner.
  • Excel at conceptualizing the needs of clients.
  • Enjoy a dynamic and changing environment, value professional growth and development.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Flexibility to work within your own schedule.
  • Ability to consult with the senior therapy team directly.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Regulated healthcare professional with Psychotherapy Permit.
  • Experience using CBT to treat various mental health conditions.
  • Registered and in good standing with the provincial regulatory.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, succinct and professional messages when providing support to clients.
  • Ability to work independently but seek clinical consultation and guidance when necessary.
  • Have experience with, or willing to learn disability management/return-to-work treatment.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Fluent in French (reading and writing).
