Provide leadership and oversight of operational strategy for Mental Health Residential Facility

Development of a new strategic plan, processes, and functional areas. Responsible for the overall business and resource planning, financial sustainability and compliance, human resource management. Provides the strategic direction required to develop and implement processes and planning in the areas of Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, Administration and Facilities.

This position will provide strategic direction and guidance on the performance, optimization and growth and will work directly with senior leadership. Operations Director will also provide strategic advice regarding talent management, business development, and risk management and performance improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate may have experience in Business, Health Administration, Finance, or a related field, from a recognized institution or a combination of education and experience, along with relevant experience in program management or management of operations in the health or social services sectors.

Possess demonstrated experience in budgeting, accounting, business planning and operational strategy, as well as a solid record of effective issues management and executive communications.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with business design methodologies and practice is an asset. Professional level oral and written communication skills, as well as solid judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required.

Demonstrated success working within interdisciplinary teams and in building strong relationships. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience overseeing and directing management level personnel with direct reports.

EDUCATION
Master’s degree in health/social services.
