CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST -Children and Adolescents

Our client is a private, multi-discipline, mental health clinic located in the historic Walkerville neighborhood of Windsor, Ontario. This growing clinic is searching for a full-time Registered Clinical Psychologist to work among our existing team of Psychologists, Psychotherapists, and Social Workers.

Our client is seeking a colleague practitioner with the following qualifications:

• Ph.D. , Psy. D. or MA in Psychology
• Registered (or eligible) with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
• Authorized to work with children/adolescents
• Experience with Psycho-Educational & Socio-Emotional assessments
• Five or more years experience with therapy treating a broad set of presenting issues
• Willingness to work/schedule one or two evenings per week (no weekends)
• Possible opportunity for new professionals seeking Supervised Practice.

The vision is to provide Windsor and the surrounding communities with prompt access to a wide variety of specialty counselling and assessment services all under one roof. For the practitioner, the clinic provides the freedom and flexibility of private practice without any of the usual overhead, scheduling, administrative, or marketing concerns. All referrals are provided by the clinic and a full client schedule is likely within 1 to 2 months (or faster). Warm, supportive, collaborative, and positive workplace culture. All treatments are provided in a warm, non-medical setting. All charting is completed via an electronic confidential record keeping system; leading-edge, clinical management software provides you with secure access to your client information, schedule, and charts via the internet 24/7.

This is an Independent Contractor position with historical earnings between $140,000 to $180,000 per year (or more).
