The delivery and evaluation of mental health services is rapidly evolving from credential-based to competency and outcomes-based. Clients are looking for effective evidence-based treatment while embracing accountability and empowerment.

– Ensure assessment and treatment is more accessible, effective, and affordable.
– Increase the efficiency of assessment, triage, clinical decision making and reporting.
– Provide effective protocol driven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
– Facilitate engagement and homework completion.
– Measure outcomes, satisfaction and alliance.
– Stepping up and stepping down care based on patients’ needs.

We are searching for exceptional E-Therapists to provide effective assessment, triage and treatment to adults with mood and anxiety disorders. Work as part- or full-time you will receive extensive training and support from our client’s clinical leadership. They are committed to supporting the continuous professional development of the clinicians in their network. They have an established program of E-Therapist training and consultation through individual and group supervision, rounds, seminars, and workshops.

REQUIREMENTS:

You must have a minimum of an MSW and must be registered with the College of Social Work in your province. We are looking for people who:
