Bilingual Psychologist /Digital Therapy Platform
Part Time Flexible Opportunities

Our Client is a Canadian organization providing effective, evidence-based digital mental health care that is affordable and accessible to all Canadians. This innovation allows people and populations to access effective mental health care in ways that overcome geographical, time and financial barriers.

SUMMARY:
As an enthusiastic and client-centered Psychologist you will work with clients to understand their mental health concerns and provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations that will guide the team of iCBT therapists.

OVERVIEW:
• Review online assessments completed by clients to guide your diagnostic assessment approach.
• Create reports that outline your clinical findings, diagnostic impressions, and treatment recommendations which will guide the therapists in their treatment of the client.
• Be available to iCBT therapists for follow-up consultations relating to the diagnostic and treatment recommendations you prescribed.
• Consult with Case Managers for Disability Management/Return-to-Work clients.
• Attend monthly call-in meetings with the clinical team.
• Believe in improving accessibility, effectiveness, and affordability of mental health care in Canada using a digital therapy modality.
• Eager to increase the efficiency of assessment, triage, clinical decision-making and reporting for mental health care.
• Excel at conceptualizing the needs of patients.
• Identify as an evidence-based, client-centered practitioner.
• Access to in house psychologist for clinical consults and support.
• Opportunities for professional advancement (e.g., clinical consultant, face-to-face virtual care, mentoring) and exploring your clinical interest.

REQUIRMENTS:
• Master’s Degree or PhD in Clinical Psychology, with the ability to diagnose.
• Registered and in good standing with your provincial College of Psychologists (must provide proof of college registration).
• Proof of insurance · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• General computer skills and access to a computer with appropriate password protection and internet capabilities.
• Some experience with disability management/return-to-work treatment or demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with CBT to treat various mental health conditions.
• Work experience in community and/or hospital settings · Comfortable diagnosing and completing assessments over the phone and online using the digital platform.
