Our client is a dynamic organization offering an innovative digital therapy platform to increase access to effective treatment for Canadians experiencing mental health problems. They are expanding their team of psychologists to provide effective assessment, triage and treatment to adults with mood and anxiety disorders across Canada. Committed to supporting the continuous professional development of the psychologists with established program of training and consultation, workshops.

Training provided:
Psychologists must complete a series of training modules in order to begin conducting Assessments. HIPAA training is mandatory extensive training for Privacy and Security compliance. Psychologists must review the Assessor Training which introduces capabilities and future developments. Psychologists must review the Disability Management Diagnostic Call Policies and Procedures, a step-by-step guide to reviewing assessments, and conducting calls with potential clients.

Computer – password protected, hard drive encrypted, anti virus installed, privacy screen installed.

Summary:
The delivery and evaluation of mental health services is rapidly evolving from credential-based to competency and outcomes-based.

• Making diagnostic assessment and treatment more accessible, effective, and affordable;
• increasing the efficiency of assessment, triage, clinical decision making and reporting;
• providing effective protocol driven Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT);
• facilitating engagement and homework completion;
• measuring outcomes, satisfaction and alliance;
• Stepping up and stepping down care based on patients’ needs

Requirements:
You must have a minimum of an MA and must be registered with the College of Psychologists in your Province.

Identify as an evidence-based practitioner, committed to CBT and evidence-based practices. Extensive training and experience in CBT is ideal, additional experience or interest in DBT, MBCT, EFT, or ACT is highly desirable.
